Strata Manager

A great opportunity has arisen for a strata management professional in a leading Strata & Community Management agency in the Ryde area. We are looking for someone wanting to get into the industry or with a bit of experience and beginning to take on their own portfolio. We are however open to considering a seasoned strata manager looking for a change.

Waratah Strata Management specialises in the strata management of residential schemes as well as some select commercial and industrial schemes. We also manage community associations and building management committees.

Promoting service excellence, you will be working with like-minded professionals who understand the importance of quick, reliable and effective service. You will be a key member of a tight knit team that will support you.

Managing a relatively small portfolio, you will need to be prepared to:

• Gain knowledge and understanding of the relevant legislation.
• Obtain a strata certificate and license.
• Have your own vehicle and a current driver’s license. 

The ideal candidate will have these skills:

• Effective time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and organisational skills.
• An ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior experience in banking, construction, insurance or accounting. will be well regarded.
