With over 15 years of experience in the Strata Management industry, Alana brings an extensive knowledge of the Accounting & Administration sector in Strata Management, along with an exceptional customer service skill base and innovative new ideas.
Alana holds a Certificate of Registration under the Property, Stock & Business Agents Act 2002, and a Certificate II in Information Technology.
Alana is an intuitive, highly motivated and flexible character who appreciates a challenging and dynamic environment.
Outside of work, her family is the number one priority - having two young boys who she enjoys cooking for and taking out on recreational and outdoor activities.
