Experience and Expertise
Asheek has worked in the strata industry for 12 years and within the hospitality industry for 18 years.
During his time within the hospitality industry Asheek has developed a strong focus on providing a high standard of customer service, whilst his time within the property industry has allowed Asheek to gain valuable knowledge and experience to assist an Owners Corporation with the management of their strata scheme.
Throughout his career Asheek’s has managed small and large scheme strata scheme (residential & commercial), community associations and BMC’s.
Asheek understands the pivotal role of a strata manager is to obtain and provide information to allow a Strata Committee/Owners Corporation to be in a position to make informed decisions. He has a passion for problem solving, effective communication skills and takes a proactive approach.
Asheek believes it takes a team effort between a strata agent, strata committee, Owners Corporation and contractors/consultants to ensure the smooth running of a strata plan.
