Before assuming the role of a strata manager assistant, Charina had accumulated prior experience in residential property management, having served as both an assistant property manager and a property manager. The decision to transition to strata management was driven by her enduring curiosity and interest in understanding how strata industry functions.
She believed that the skills acquired in property management could seamlessly transfer to the strata management world. Charina considers herself a dedicated and hardworking individual, aspiring to expand her knowledge further in her chosen field.
