Experience and Expertise
Nicholas started with Beaumont Strata in 2023 and comes with over 3 years’ experience in strata managing small to medium strata scheme (residential & commercial), community and neighbourhood association.
Prior to strata, Nicholas had worked over 17 years in the MNC Engineering company and over 8 years in Real estate industry. He is meticulous in his work and at the same time good in customer services.
Away from the office, Nicholas enjoys Youth at Risk Charity works, spending quality time with friends and family and various outdoor activities.
